Casa Susanna is located in the residential area of Cumbre del Sol on a plot of over 900 m2 with a lot of freedom and tranquility. The detached villa, with Mediterranean garden and sea view, has a spacious swimming pool (5x10 mtr), a beautiful large sun terrace with 8 sunbeds and plenty of umbrellas. The terrace also has a covered area (well) with a large dining table and 8 comfortable chairs. Of course you can use an outdoor shower and there is a fixed barbecue on the terrace.
The house has a spacious living-dining room with open kitchen that is equipped with all conceivable appliances. In the living room there is a satellite TV with many Dutch channels (Canal Digital). Outside the high season, Canal Digital only has a limited number of channels available. You can use WIFI for free.
The house also has a small washing machine, ironing board and a vacuum cleaner.
In total, the house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Each bathroom has a toilet.
In the house itself there are 3 bedrooms, 1 of which has a bathroom en suite. The 2 other bedrooms share a bathroom.
Through an outside over the terrace (accessible via a staircase) is the fourth bedroom with bathroom en suite and a small terrace in front of the entrance. Ideal when people within a larger group need a little more privacy. You can choose to rent the house with or without this fourth bedroom.
All bedrooms have double beds (one of which is a double bed of 2.20 meters long). All rooms have air conditioning and central heating, making the house comfortable in both summer and winter.
Our guests are without exception very enthusiastic about our beautiful large swimming pool and the terrace with sunbeds and umbrellas. To extend the season, we offer the possibility to have the pool heated by us for a fee. As a result, it is usually still wonderful to stay in the pool in the spring and autumn.
It is necessary to be in possession of a (rental) car. The shops are close by (5 minutes to the nearest supermarket), but the residential area is located on a mountain. The roads from the village to the house are paved and easily passable.
There is space for your car on site. If you come with more cars, there is plenty of parking space a few meters away.
Cumbre del Sol is an area with many holiday homes (mainly villas), but there are also plenty of houses permanently inhabited so that there is 'life' all year round.
It is located in the heart of the Costa Blanca and the different areas in this large neighborhood are naturally separated by green areas and parks.
The Cumbre del Sol is ideally located due to its proximity to several nice places such as Javea (Xabia), Benitachell, Moraira and Denia. Don't forget Calpe, Altea and Jalón. Benidorm is 32 km away. There are several beaches in the area that you can visit. Some sandy beaches, most have pebbles. Nature lovers and active people can also indulge themselves. Cala de Moraig has a pebble beach and clear blue waters that are perfect for snorkeling and diving. The highlight is the impressive Cova del Arcs, a sea cave with special rock arches. With a canoe or kayak you can paddle along beautiful cliffs at Jávea (Granadella and Cala del Portixol). The Jalón Valley is a paradise for nature lovers and foodies. The rock of Ifach is a special sight and towers high above Calpe. From the port, you can start a hike up. Once on top of the rock, you have a great view over the coastline of the Costa Blanca, the Mediterranean Sea and on clear days you can see Ibiza. And we could go on like this for a while...
If you fly, you can choose from two airports: Alicante and Valencia. It is best to arrange a rental car at home.
