Casa Rosa in Benitachell
This holiday home is centrally located in the quiet residential area of Les Fonts, between the seaside resorts of Moraira and Javea with a view of the picturesque Spanish village of Benitachell in the distance. In this village you will find a bakery, restaurant and supermarket. The villa with private pool is about 15 minutes by car from various beaches and the beautiful bay of Cala Moraig. Behind the villa you walk into a beautiful nature reserve and for golf enthusiasts, the golf course of Javea is located 5 minutes by car from the holiday home. A great place for a successful holiday under the Spanish sun!
Inside Casa Rosa
Through the hall you enter the spacious hallway with the kitchen on the right with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, stove 3-burner, kettle and juicer. There is a utility room with washing machine and extra freezer. The living room has a spacious sitting area and satellite television (NL channels). There are mosquito nets on the windows and air conditioning (living room) is available. Through the semi-open space you enter the dining room with large modern dining table and patio doors overlooking the private pool, Wifi is available. Bedroom 1: double bed (160x200). Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (90x200)The bathroom was completely renovated in 2025, it is equipped with shower, toilet and sink. A separate toilet has also been made, so that there are now 2 in the house. Both bedrooms have a ceiling fan.
The outdoor life of Casa Rosa
A staircase leads down to the terrace with private swimming pool. There is a semi-closed covered area with a large dining table where you can dine for a long time. In the summer this is a nice shady spot. Around the spacious private pool are sunbeds, sun loungers, a table with 4 chairs and umbrellas. The parking lot that can be closed with an iron gate offers space for 2 cars. The villa is conveniently located in terms of sun, there is a place in the garden all day where you can enjoy this. Details
- In July and August we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday and a minimum stay of 7 nights.
- In the other months, arrival and departure is allowed on any day of the week, but your booking must be in line with previous/subsequent bookings and otherwise there must be a minimum of 7 nights between bookings. Ask us about the possibilities.
- We recommend that you rent a car at this destination.
