Heated infinity pool, 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Ideal for families: lockable swimming pool, lots of games, bbq and a trampoline in the fenced garden. There is fiber optic internet available. Everything for a wonderful holiday on the Costa Blanca!

The villa consists of a master bedroom with bathroom en-suite. On the same floor two other bedrooms: one bedroom has a double bed and the other room has a cot. If necessary, a bed can be added here. Between these two rooms is a separate bathroom. On the ground floor a separate accommodation with double box spring, sofa bed (this is not in the photo at the moment) and with private bathroom and terrace.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
