CASA DE LOS SUEÑOS HOLIDAY HOME IN BENITACHELL
Casa de los Sueños is one of those holiday homes where you immediately feel at home upon entering. It is an extremely nice and quiet place, has a comfortable interior and a wonderful outdoor life. This villa with private pool is located in a quiet residential area in Benitachell and very convenient to the nice (family) seaside resorts of Javea and Moraira. This detached villa with private pool is quietly built against a mountain and just a little higher than the other houses. This way you look over the other roofs for that panoramic view. The terrain on which the house is located has two entrances, both closed by an entrance gate.

LAYOUT CASA DE LOS SUEÑOS
Upper floor: the living room has a sitting area and satellite TV with Dutch channels and a dining area for 5 people. Internet, fiber optic available. Through the sliding doors you have access to the spacious terrace with dining area and seating, a wonderful place for a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening and a nice long dinner. Here you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets and in the evening the view of the beautifully lit village of Benitachell. The open kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things. Senseo coffee maker, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Separate toilet on this floor.

A staircase leads down to the ground floor with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, in the summer months these are the coolest places in the house. The first bedroom has a double bed (1.60x2.00cm) and an ensuite bathroom with bath/shower and toilet. Bedroom 2: two single beds (90x2.00cm). Bedroom 3: a single bed (90x2.00)cm and a trundle bed (90x2.00cm) Second bathroom with shower and toilet. Downstairs you also have access to the pool area from the hallway as well as upstairs from the entrance outside.

Present: (floor) heating, mosquito nets on all windows and fans in the bedrooms. In all bedrooms and in the living room: air conditioning available for optimal comfort.

OUTSIDE AT CASA DE LOS SUEÑOS WITH PRIVATE POOL
The terrain outside is very pleasantly laid out. A beautiful path decorated with plant splendor leads you from one entrance, with private parking, to the other.
Via a staircase down you reach the private swimming pool (8x4m) with 6 sunbeds all around and a lovely lounge sofa under the covered terrace. A wonderful place to spend the days in peace. A gas barbecue is available as well as an outdoor shower. You won't get bored, the imposing Bernia mountains in the background and the sea in the distance near Javea. A striking landmark is the Montgo nature reserve, also known as "the elephant" (see the photos with a view).

PRACTICAL INFORMATION
DETAILS
- In the period from July to August we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Sunday.
- In the other months, arrival and departure is allowed on any day of the week, but your booking must be in line with previous/subsequent bookings and otherwise there must be a minimum of 7 nights between bookings.
Ask us about the possibilities.
- Smoking is prohibited in and around the house.
- We recommend renting a car at this destination.

INCLUDING

DEPOSIT
A security deposit for Casa de los Suenos is applied of € 350,-. The deposit will be paid via a secure payment link that you will receive by e-mail 2 weeks before arrival. The amount will be reserved on your credit card but not charged (if no damage has been found). This deposit does not affect your credit card limit. The deposit can only be paid by credit card. The reservation on your card will be max. 21 days.

In addition to the costs to be settled separately, to be paid on the spot:

- Electricity: € 0.40 per kWh for additional consumption (via meter)
- Pet on request
- Gas in the winter months (November 1 to March 31) € 3.50 m3. Is calculated using a gas meter
