Villa Zahra consists of two floors. The villa is modernly furnished and has an attractive atmosphere, with white walls and warm accents. In addition, the villa's large windows allow plenty of natural daylight to enter. The living room is located on the upper floor and is connected to the large balcony. The living room has a comfortable sitting area with fireplace and a TV corner with digital TV (Dutch channels) and music system. You will also find a nice, round dining area with six chairs in this room. From the living room you reach the modern kitchen, which is equipped with a refrigerator, combi microwave, 4-burner stove, dishwasher, blender, juicer, hand blender, kettle and Nespresso machine. You will also find 2 bedrooms on the upper floor. Bedroom 1 offers a king-sized double bed and ensuite bathroom with double sink, bath/shower combination and toilet. This room has access to the balcony. The other bedroom (2) has two single beds. In addition, there is a bathroom on this floor with shower, toilet and sink.
On the ground floor there is a guest house, which can be reached from the outside by stairs. This accommodation has a bedroom with king-sized double bed, private living room and a kitchenette with microwave and electric 2-burner hob. The bathroom of the guest house has a shower, toilet and sink. In addition, you will find a spacious garage on the ground floor, where there is a washing machine and also space to park a (rental) car. To make the stay complete, the entire villa - both living room and bedrooms - is equipped with wifi and air conditioning.
Outdoor Living Villa Zahra
The outdoors at Villa Zahra is amazing. The spacious garden is almost completely fenced and looks beautiful. Moreover, because of the abundance of greenery, there is always a place in the shade. Around the private swimming pool (8m x 5m x 2m) there are 6 sunbeds, on which you can enjoy all the hours of sunshine. The pool is not heated, but can be covered with a cover. There is also an outdoor shower here. The terraces on the upper floor can be reached by stairs from the outside. The sun terrace (60 m2) is covered with artificial grass and is south facing. That's why there is sun here almost all day. There is a beautiful covered modern outdoor kitchen with wood fired barbecue with dining table with chairs and sofa. In addition, a cozy seating area with a view of the green surroundings and the Ifach rock of Calpe. Next to the sun terrace you will find the balcony that is connected to the living room (40m2). This balcony features a terrace with awnings and a dining table. From here you also have a great view over the green surroundings and the mountains.

Details
– In the period from July to August we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Sunday. In the other months we have flexible arrival and departure days. Ask us about the possibilities.
– We have a minimum stay of 7 days.

Winter rental
Winter rental is possible for this period in accordance with the normal rates. Prices for stays from four to eight weeks are on request.

A stay of equal to or less than 10 nights is considered a tourist rental. A stay of equal to or more than 11 nights is considered a short-term rental according to the law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana and for which you sign a short-term rental contract before arrival.
