This beautiful cozy villa with private pool is located 1500 meters from the idyllic Baladrar Bay and 5 minutes drive from Golf Course Ifach and the cozy town of Moraira with beach, bars and restaurants. This holiday home is located in the quiet residential area of Los ALmendros and has a large swimming pool, surrounded by palm trees and with lots of privacy. There is free high-speed fibre optic internet and air conditioning throughout, which cools and heats.
Outside. From a large covered terrace at home, with outdoor BBQ, you overlook the Mediterranean garden and have distant views of the surroundings. There are many terraces with seating areas, in the shade or sun under large umbrellas. The pool is large, deep and you enter it with a fine Roman staircase. There is a fence in front of the stairs to the gate and the street so that children cannot get out of sight.
The space. A cozy living room with access to the veranda (covered terrace with outdoor BBQ and bar) and a bright dining room with views of the surroundings, satellite TV with Dutch and other European channels, air conditioning (hot/cold) in all rooms. There is an open fully equipped stylish kitchen (installed in 2025) with modern appliances: combination oven/magnatron, extractor hood, induction hob, dishwasher and washing machine and fridge-freezer. Enjoy coffee, with L'Or cups or with brewed with a filter machine and for lovers of cappuccino we have a milk frother.
You reach the villa with a staircase, then the villa and pool are on one level. There are 3 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and 2 bathrooms, one bathroom ensuite with a bath shower combination and one smaller bathroom with shower. The new owners have provided the bedrooms with new mattresses, 4-season duvets and pillows. There are extra pillows because the preference for a pillow is very personal. From 2 bedrooms you can walk directly to the swimming pool.
The villa is fully fenced and there is a security camera aimed at the entrance through the gate on the street side.
Summer holidays and hibernating. Many houses on the coast of Benissa and Moraira are shaded by the mountains or trees in winter. Our house is located on the South and always catches the sun, even in the long winter days. This makes our house, in combination with heating by air conditioning, extremely suitable for rental during the winter. For longer stays we use a discount, please inquire during your request.
