This cozy spacious villa suitable for 8 people is quietly located and has several terraces in the beautifully landscaped garden where you can choose a spot in the sun or shade all day long.
There are 2 floors, which are connected by stairs indoors. From the covered naya (above) you have a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea over the greenery. A nice private swimming pool (heating is on request) and all amenities nearby make a stay in this holiday home complete!
Classification
Upper floor
You enter the house through the kitchen. This is equipped with a fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven,. 4-burner gas stove, hand blender, juicer, kettle, toaster and a coffee maker with cups. The spacious living-dining room has a dining area for 6-8 people, a large corner sofa, fireplace, smart TV with Dutch channels and music system and is air-conditioned. Through the living room you enter the naya with beautiful views and BBQ. On this floor are 3 bedrooms; Bedroom 1 has a double bed, consisting of 2 single beds (200x100), air conditioning, an ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, bidet, hair dryer and has access to the naya. Bedroom 2 has a double bed with 1 mattress (180x200), a ceiling fan and access to the naya. Bedroom 3: has a single bed. There is a second bathroom with shower, toilet and sink on this floor.
Ground floor
There is a staircase from the hall down. Here is bedroom 4: it has a double bed with 1 mattress (180x140) and has a ceiling fan. Bedroom 5 has 2 separate single beds (200x90) and a ceiling fan. Bathroom 3 has a shower, toilet, sink and hair dryer.
You can also enter the ground floor from the terrace, you enter directly into the kitchen, living-dining room. The kitchen has a fridge with freezer, microwave, oven, 2-burner gas stove and filter coffee maker. There is a 4 person dining area and the living room area has a sitting area, TV with NL channels and a ceiling fan. There is a washing machine, iron/ironing board and safe. The entire villa has central heating. From March 2026, air conditioning will be available in both living rooms and in all bedrooms.
Outdoors
The fully enclosed grounds offer plenty of privacy, with several terraces around the swimming pool (9x4 m and 1.80 m deep) including a lounge set, several parasols and 8 sunbeds. An outdoor shower is available. The swimming pool can be heated on request (by means of a heat pump), so you can also fully enjoy the outdoors in spring and autumn. The mobile gas BBQ can of course not be missed for preparing lunch or dinner during the sultry summer evenings. On the covered naya is a large dining table with comfortable chairs, where you can enjoy the beautiful view with your cup of coffee in the morning! From the solarium on the roof of the villa you can also enjoy the beautiful sea views . There are 2 private parking spaces on site.

Details
– In the period from July to August we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday. In the other months we have flexible arrival and departure days. Ask us about the possibilities.
– We have a minimum stay of 7 days.
– We recommend that you rent a car at this destination.

– Gas in the winter months (1 November to 31 March) € 35 per week. If you use more than 1 gas bottle per week, you pay the additional consumption on site.

A stay of equal to or less than 10 nights is considered a tourist rental. A stay of equal to or more than 11 nights is considered a short-term rental according to the law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana and for which you sign a short-term rental contract before arrival.
