Villa Piedra Alta is a beautiful 14 person family villa located in Calpe/Benissa. The villa is located in the nature reserve "Sierra de Olta" halfway up the Olta mountain.
At 3.5km you will find the beaches/shops and restaurants of bustling Calpe. The famous cities and airports of Alicante and Valencia are +/- 60min drive from the house.
The villa has 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
On the ground floor are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with smart TV and a kitchen.
On the second floor are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with smart TV and a kitchen. 6 rooms have storage cupboards and air conditioning (hot/cold). The 7th bedroom has a fan.
(there is also a cot and a high chair available)
The outdoor areas include: a covered terrace (ground floor), lounge terrace (second floor), roof terrace, a heated swimming pool (8x5 incl. children's pool area), outdoor kitchen, children's play area and barbecue.
There are 12 sunbeds with matching cushions, two sun loungers, an outdoor shower and toys for the pool.
To the side of the house is an artificial grass field for jeux de boule and other games + trampoline (with protection net). At the front of the house there is room for 4 to 5 cars.
