Villa Morea is a luxurious and well-kept villa for up to 8 people with private swimming pool (with heating in the early and late season). Quietly located in the Monte Mar district, a short drive from the coastal road, several idyllic beaches, 3 large supermarkets, many restaurants, the Club de Golf Ifach golf course and the cozy Moraira or Calp. Alicante airport is an hour's drive away and Valencia airport is 5 quarters of an hour.
As soon as you enter the fully fenced property through the electric gate, you imagine yourself in an oasis of space and tranquility. The wide and well-maintained garden of 1000 m2, the palm trees, the large swimming pool of 8 x4 m and the cozy covered porch (naya) immediately attract your attention. Around the pool there is a beautiful tiled terrace with plenty of space to place the sun loungers and enjoy the Spanish sun all day long, but there are also plenty of shaded areas. For children there is more than enough space to play in the garden and around the pool. There is an outdoor shower and space to park at least four cars safely inside the fence.
Inside, the attractively furnished villa has a beautiful dining area and a cozy living room with a smart TV (Airplay, Netflix) and a pellet fireplace, which makes it wonderfully comfortable to stay in the late season and in the winter months when it is a bit cooler in the evening. The large kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils for extensive cooking. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms and a separate bathroom with bath and a shower. In the basement there are another two spacious bedrooms with another separate bathroom with walk-in shower. This floor has a separate exit to the outside at the rear, where there is also a petanque court. All rooms are also equipped with air conditioning (cold/hot), mosquito nets and shutters. Fiber optic internet is included. A high chair and baby cot are also provided and free to use.
Villa Morea is an ideal holiday home with plenty of space and comfort. Pets or groups of young people are not accepted.
