The swimming pool can be heated in spring and autumn by means of a heat pump (see: Extra --> electricity)

Location, Surroundings & Climate
- Quiet location, yet close to everything: restaurants, bars, shops, supermarket and beaches and bays, Cap Blanc, Cala Advocat (1,5km), Cala Baladrar (1,2km) walking distance
- Centrally located between Alicante (87km) and Valencia (120km) airports, these cities are also worth a visit, the villa is the ideal base for Costa Blanca (Alicante city 74km and Valencia 110km away)
- Ifach golf course just a stone's throw away, also tennis/padel clubs and other activities
- The micro sea climate on the Costa Blanca is known for long summers, often with wonderful breezes, mild, often sunny winters, declared by WHO as the healthiest climate in Europe

- There are no facilities for the disabled, even the ground floor is not on the ground floor everywhere

- The main booker must be present and must be min. 25 years old. We do not accept groups of young people
- Young children welcome after consultation with landlord
- It is NOT allowed to let other people stay overnight or use the facilities than those who are the tenants
- The peace and privacy in the neighborhood must be respected
- The rental is excl. the cost of electricity (€ 0.35 kWh), which will be deducted from the deposit
- Rules and requirements must be carefully followed and complied with
- We value our belongings and expect our guests to handle our belongings with care.
- The villa can be occupied on the day of arrival from 16:00 and must be available again on the day of departure at 10:00
**In high season (July/August): changeover days only on Saturdays & check-out no later than 10:00 am**
Payment & Deposit
- The down payment upon reservation is 50% of the reservation amount + deposit
- The remainder amount must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of your stay
- For a booking less than 6 weeks before your stay, the total reservation amount must be paid immediately
- The deposit is € 1,000.00
- The tenant must leave the villa in a neat condition
- If no damages have been observed by the manager, the deposit amount will be returned within 14 days of the check-out date, minus the cleaning costs (€ 300,00), the cost of electricity, and additional baby charges (if applicable)
