It consists of a large fenced plot of 2,100m2, hacienda style, renovated in 2021 and 2024.
4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, two kitchens, one of which is outdoor, complete with fridge, gas hob and dishwasher.
*The villa has all the comforts*, air conditioning in all rooms, living room, fiber optic wifi, satellite TV, TV box, international channels. A private swimming pool of 8.5m x 5m heated for the winter (for an additional fee from April to November), 8 deckchairs, pergola, lounge area, gas and charcoal barbecue.
Linen is included in the price, final cleaning (mandatory) is 240€. For a period of 7 days, there is 200 Kw of electricity included in the price (covers the consumption of the pool pump and the use of the air conditioning at night), in case of exceeding 200 KW, there will be an extra charge of 0.35€/Kw to be paid, deducted from the guarantee (500€).
