Villa La Rioja is a beautiful and cozy house. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and features a large outdoor area with terraces, lounge sets and a private pool. The house is located on the Moraira / Benissa Costa border, close to the Golf Course 'Ifach Club de Golf' and within walking distance of Restaurante Dos Toros.
By car you can reach the large supermarket Pepe la Sal in 3 minutes (less than 2 kilometers). And the nearest beautiful bay (Cala Baladrar) is 2.1 kilometers (5 minutes by car).
The cozy center and sandy beach of Moraira are 3.5 kilometers (7 minutes by car).
Villa La Rioja is located on an enclosed property. Through the lockable gate doors you drive to the house via your private driveway. The car can be parked next to the entrance stairs, or if you drive through, behind the house. This is also the place where the car can be turned. There is room for more than 1 car on site.
The house is nicely decorated and has a lot of privacy. A big advantage of this house is that everything is on 1 floor which gives it a cozy and cozy atmosphere.
Villa La Rioja has a nice normal sized private swimming pool (8 x 4 meters). There is a stone BBQ (charcoal) by the pool and there are several seating areas in the garden and on the terraces (including 2 lounge sets) so that you can sit and eat outside.
In the sitting room is a large swivel television with TV Vlaanderen subscription with the Dutch channels NPO1, 2 and 3. It is a Smart TV that allows you to use a.o. Netflix through your own subscription. In addition, there is unlimited and fast fiber optic internet (Wifi)!
All windows have double glazing and mosquito nets. The bedrooms (except bedroom 3) have air conditioning. Bedroom 3 has a ceiling fan and a separate fan.
The layout of the beds is as follows:
- Bedroom 1 has a double bed of 160 x 200 cm.
- Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds of 90 x 200 cm.
- Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds of 90 x 200 cm.
A baby cot (camping bed) can also be placed on request.
A new central heating system has been installed, making this house pleasant even in winter.
The sun position of Villa La Rioja is very good. In winter, you can sit in the sun in your living room from morning until late afternoon when the sun goes down in winter.
In the summer, you will also have sun all day on the pool terrace until it goes down. On the terrace by the living room and under the pergola by the pool you have wonderful shade because the sun is high in the summer.
The kitchen is beautiful and equipped with all appliances (dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, hob, coffee machine, kettle, toaster). There is a dishwasher (small size) available. The washing machine is located in the basement. There is a drying rack and a clothesline behind the house.
On the terrace near the living room you have sun from sunrise until the sun goes down. You can enjoy the sun all day long. The climate in this region (Costa Blanca, Marina Alta) is the best in all of Spain. The sun shines here 300 days a year.
Outside by the pool is a beautiful pergola built with a luxurious lounge set. Here you can sit comfortably with a book and a cool drink.
Within walking distance is a beautiful new restaurant called Dos Toros (formerly Kosta d'oro). It is located next to the golf course and has stunning sea views.
