Our beautiful villa is located 4 minutes drive from the sea in the quiet area of la Vina – Montemar – San Jaime. In a quiet street with plenty of sea views you will find our villa with lots of privacy in and around the house. From the veranda you have a fantastic view over the valley and you have partial sea views. In 2022, the house was completely renovated and fully equipped, for example, the house has air conditioning in every bedroom and in the living room which both heats and cools. The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and all this on 1 floor. Ideal for the whole family or even for 2 families. From the veranda that can be reached from both the kitchen and the living room you go via a beautiful staircase to the large garden with the (heated) swimming pool, the outdoor kitchen with BBQ under the newly built pergola, the outdoor shower, outdoor toilet and garden all around. Due to the sun position, you have sun by the pool all day long, but there is also shade in the various gardens.
Of course, Villa Falco has also thought of the little ones. A cot, two high chairs, toys and the like can all be used at no extra cost.
