Attractive detached villa with sea view, very spacious and full-fledged outdoor kitchen, private swimming pool and fruit orchard in a particularly beautiful and green environment.
We have been the proud owner of this beautiful villa since August 2022. The villa is located with the naya (covered extension, terrace) and the swimming pool facing south, so you can enjoy the sun all day long. Thanks to the outdoor kitchen, covered and sunny seating/lying areas, it is wonderful to enjoy the Spanish outdoor life.
Upon arrival, you walk up the spacious driveway past the child-friendly swimming pool and the spacious lounge set to the middle terrace where you can catch the first glimpse of the sea view, but where the beautiful palm trees especially attract attention . If you walk through you will find a fully covered and very spacious outdoor kitchen with dining table to the left of the house. This is luxuriously equipped with a beautiful granite kitchen worktop with plenty of space to move and work. There is also a large gas barbecue, a charcoal barbecue (out of use in the summer due to fire hazard), gas stove, sink, refrigerator, and microwave. If you walk back to the front there is a spacious and lit child-friendly swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds of your choice. The palm trees are placed in such a way that they can function as a natural parasol. Next to the pool is the outdoor shower where you can shower with privacy under the gigantic branches of one of our beautiful palm trees overlooking the pool. At the back of the garden you will find an orchard with oranges (for which the region is known), lemons and tangerines. Don't hesitate to use it to cook with. In the evening, the garden is beautifully lit thanks to the many light points around the house.
When entering the house through the naya there is an attractive seating area overlooking the middle terrace and the sea. If you then walk to the left you enter the dining room for 6 people with behind it the kitchen (fully equipped: dishwasher, oven, induction hob, Nespresso machine, etc.) and the utility room (washing machine, sink, ironing board and iron). From the utility room you can walk directly to the outdoor kitchen. Both kitchens are right next to each other, which is very pleasant in practice. From the naya you can also go to the heart of the house, the living room on the ground floor. This is furnished in modern Spanish style and equipped with an attractive pellet stove and smart TV. From the living room you can go to the right wing of the house, with a guest toilet, spacious bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and sink, and two spacious bedrooms with double beds, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and fan. From the central living room you can also go to the bedroom on the first floor, equipped with double bed, air conditioning and fan. This room has its own bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. This bedroom opens onto the spacious roof terrace with sitting area and has fantastic sea views.

In the entire house and garden you can enjoy fast internet thanks to the fiber optic connection and various wifi points on the property.
The house is equipped with shutters and mosquito nets and can be equipped with a cot and high chair and other comforts. The house is also equipped with an alarm system.
