Villa Alexandra in Moraira
This comfortably furnished holiday home in Moraira looks like it came straight out of a magazine. Villa Alexandra is quietly located in the villa district of San Jaime with privacy and great views. In front of the villa is a lovely private swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas all around. A nice holiday home for the whole family, close to several beaches. Next to the villa you will find a fruit orchard, picking is allowed!
Inside Villa Alexandra
Through the pool terrace you walk through the patio doors into the stylishly furnished living room. The modern semi-open kitchen is equipped with electric hobs, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The villa has 2 bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. There are mosquito nets on the windows. The bathroom has a rain shower, hair dryer and a toilet. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
The Great Outdoors of Villa Alexandra
Outside is the lovely swimming pool of 8x4x2m. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the surroundings. During the day you can relax by the pool and in the evening you can light the barbecue to prepare a nice meal. From the dining room you have access to the small terrace with lounge area. Next to the villa is the very spacious driveway which is closed with an electric gate. The driveway has space for a car but is also a great place to play for the kids. There is a washing machine in the garage. The villa also has a beautiful Mediterranean garden with a beautiful palm, an olive tree and lemon trees .

- In the May holidays, autumn holidays and the period from July to August, we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday.
- In the other months, arrival and departure is allowed on any day of the week, but your booking must be in line with previous/subsequent
bookings and otherwise there must be at least 7 nights between bookings.

Winter stay
Villa Alexandra is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental is valid from November 1 to March 31. The villa is heated by a pellet stove. A bag of pellet pellets is available in the area for approx. € 9 per bag. You use about 1 bag per day. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, with an interim cleaning and change of bed linen and towels mandatory.

A stay of equal to or less than 10 nights is considered a tourist rental. A stay of equal to or more than 11 nights is considered a short-term rental according to the law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana and for which you sign a short-term rental contract before arrival.
