Villa Alegria in San Jaime on the Costa Blanca
Holiday home Villa Alegria with private pool on the Costa Blanca is located in the quiet residential area of San Jaime. With both Calpe and Moraira a short drive away, you have plenty of liveliness nearby. The Belgian owners have thoroughly tackled the living room, kitchen, bathroom, swimming pool and garden. From the villa you can walk straight onto the lovely terrace with lounge set, Weber barbecue and private pool and you can enjoy the view over the green surroundings. An afternoon at the beach or a snack in a restaurant and then back to the privacy of your villa.
With a large family, several families or is the house fully booked in the desired period? Casa Oliva, Villa Alegria, Villa Alexandra and Casa de las Ranas are located in the same street (next to and opposite each other)!. For example, you have your own holiday home per family, but you are only a few steps away from each other.
LAYOUT VILLA ALEGRIA
You enter the villa in the modern furnished living room with dining area. Here is a comfortable sitting area and there is satellite TV with TV Vlaanderen. The open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, an oven, dishwasher, microwave and a Nespresso machine. There is a lot of light in the villa, which gives a very nice and pleasant atmosphere. From the living room you enter the conservatory, which can be closed off by a glass door. From the conservatory you walk onto the terrace to the garden with private pool.
The villa has three bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other two bedrooms each have two single beds. There are mosquito nets on the windows in all bedrooms. There are 2 bathrooms (2025), both with walk-in shower, sink and toilet. There is a central air conditioning system so that all places in the house are supplied with cold and warm air. But there is also a gas heater.
OUTSIDE AT VILLA ALEGRIA
In front of this villa with private pool on the Costa Blanca is a spacious driveway where you can park your car, the property is completely fenced. Outside you will find the renovated pool terrace with anti-slip tiles and outdoor shower around the pool. The pool is 4 x 8 meters, the depth slopes from 1.5 meters to 2.5 meters. There is a lovely comfortable dining table under the modern canopy. The garden is so spacious that children can play to their heart's content On the side of Villa Alegria is a nice lounge set. In a separate room outside the house, you will find the washing machine and dryer.

- In the period from July to August we use a fixed arrival and departure day on Sunday.
- In the other months, arrival and departure is allowed on any day of the week, but your booking must be in line with previous/subsequent bookings and otherwise there must be a minimum of 7 nights between bookings.

Stay in the winter months
Villa Alegria is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental is valid from November 1 to March 31. The villa uses heating by means of a gas heater and air conditioning (hot/cold). When using the stove, you pay € 30 per gas bottle. How long the gas bottles last depends on your consumption. Costs to be paid locally. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, with an interim cleaning and change of bed linen and towels mandatory. For the latest rates and availability, please feel free to contact us.

A stay of equal to or less than 10 nights is considered a tourist rental. A stay of equal to or more than 11 nights is considered a short-term rental according to the law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana and for which you sign a short-term rental contract before arrival.
