Holiday home Villa Alegria with private pool on the Costa Blanca is located in the quiet residential area of San Jaime. With both Calpe and Moraira a short drive away, you have plenty of liveliness nearby. The Belgian owners have thoroughly tackled the living room, kitchen, bathroom, swimming pool and garden. From the villa you can walk straight onto the lovely terrace with lounge set, Weber barbecue and private swimming pool and you can enjoy the view over the green surroundings. An afternoon at the beach or a snack in a restaurant and then back to the privacy of your villa.
LAYOUT VILLA ALEGRIA
You enter the villa in the modern furnished living room with dining area. Here is a comfortable sitting area and there is satellite TV with TV Vlaanderen. The open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, an oven, dishwasher, microwave and a Nespresso machine. There is a lot of light in the villa, which gives a very nice and pleasant atmosphere. From the living room you enter the conservatory, which can be closed off by a glass door. From the conservatory you walk onto the terrace to the garden with private pool.
The villa has three bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other two bedrooms each have two single beds. There are mosquito nets on the windows in all bedrooms. There are 2 bathrooms (2025), both with walk-in shower, sink and toilet. There is a central air conditioning system so that all places in the house are supplied with cold and warm air. But there is also a pellet stove.
OUTSIDE AT VILLA ALEGRIA
In front of this villa with private pool on the Costa Blanca is a spacious driveway where you can park your car, the property is completely fenced. Outside you will find the renovated pool terrace with anti-slip tiles and outdoor shower around the pool. The pool is 4 x 8 meters, the depth slopes from 1.5 meters to 2.5 meters. There is a lovely comfortable dining table under the modern canopy. The garden is so spacious that children can play to their heart's content On the side of Villa Alegria is a nice lounge set. In a separate room outside the house, you will find the washing machine and dryer.

Details
- Minimum stay of 7 nights.
- In the period from July to August we use a fixed arrival and departure day on Sunday.
- In the other months, arrival and departure is allowed on any day of the week, but your booking must be in line with previous/subsequent bookings and otherwise there must be a minimum of 7 nights between bookings. Ask us about the possibilities
- We recommend renting a car at this destination.

STAY IN THE WINTER MONTHS
Villa Alegria is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental is valid from November 1 to March 31. The house is heated via air conditioning and a pellet stove in the living room. A bag of pellet pellets is available in the area for approx. € 9 per bag. In the period from November to March, the rent is € 1495 per 4 weeks. If the rental period falls during the (Dutch) Christmas holidays, a surcharge of € 150 per week applies. In the winter months, 125 kWh (electricity) per week is included, with additional consumption (via meter) the costs are € 0.40 per kWh. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks in the period November 1 to March 31. The winter rates do not include interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, heating costs, reservation costs, calamity fund and SGR guarantee. A stay of equal to or less than 10 nights is considered a tourist rental. A stay of equal to or more than 11 nights is considered a short-term rental according to the law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana and for which you sign a short-term rental contract before arrival.
