Since 2018 we, Anneleen and Gertjan, have been the proud owners of villa los Pinastros, the Dennen. We live here half the year ourselves, and would like to share that pleasure with others.
Our authentic house is very quietly located in a spacious green zone on a dead end (70m) dirt road. So all the freedom and optimal privacy, with forest in front and behind. 🌳
To the left you reach the house via a small number of steps, to the right almost without steps.
Supermarket and "home-beach" la Fustera (with restaurant Mandala) are both less than 1 km. from our house.
Since March 2022, Los Pinastros has 12 solar panels, a 280 l. solar water heater and a beautiful 🌞 roof terrace with a wide and unique view of the sea and Ifach, the landmark 🏔️ of Calpe.
The villa has 3 nice bedrooms with ceiling fan, all 3 with air conditioning and new luxury box spring beds.
Los Pinastros is located against a forest both in front and at the back. About 800m from the coastal road!
In front, where there is a spacious and extremely private swimming pool (with solar shower), you have a beautiful view of the sea. Your own 🐿️ squirrel lives in your garden at the edge of the forest.
The spacious covered porch, the "naya", is still authentically Spanish with the original tiles of the construction, about 60 years ago!
The characteristic white villa is about a kilometer from a beautiful sandy beach la Fustera and the long ECO walking route along the coast, a supermarket with panaderia (bakery) and restaurants are also within walking distance. The 9-hole golf course is a 12-minute drive away. The villa is located on a dead end small dirt road in a green zone just above the village on the mountain.
Los Pinastros has a spacious living room, again of course air conditioning and a ceiling fan, with a recently newly furnished sitting area, large screen television (with canal plus), wifi, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious new open kitchen that is fully equipped up to and including a dishwasher, fridge / freezer, washing machine, Nespresso, milk frother, Senseo, juicer, toaster, sandwich maker etc.
Through the door to the outside you step onto 1 of the two verandas, a large veranda covered and a small one uncovered. You can walk around the entire house, there are many lovely seating areas both front and back. There is no stone wall around our house that is against the next house, everything is open and both below and behind you will find forest. Both bathrooms were completely and luxuriously renovated in March 2022.
You will not need the wood-burning stove that spreads a wonderful warmth in the winter months in the summer months.
Los Pinastros is located exactly between the nice fishing village of Moraira and the long lived seaside resort of Calpe, both are worth a visit. Moraira has a large Friday morning market, Calpe on Saturday until 14h.
For the more sporty, there are 9 and 18 hole golf courses nearby. The nearest is the beautifully situated and beautifully maintained 9-hole golf course of Ifach (approx. 8 km). 3 golf sets are at your disposal, one of which is left-handed.
The picturesque and mountainous hinterland invites you to long walks and bike tours.
From the house there are several nice trips and walks that can be found in our book where we have described the tours with routes. Fontilles, the old leprosy village is definitely worth a visit, as well as restaurant casa Suzi located high in the mountains and where you have a wonderful view of the vineyards and the mountains around from the terrace (make a reservation). The high but easy coastal walks from Moraira to Calpe are of course a must and a wonderful start to any holiday.

250 KWh of electricity is included per week. The excess consumed will be charged to you at 0.35 per Kwh. The villa is also particularly suitable for wintering, special rates apply here.
