Our villa los Pinastros, authentic, atmospheric, quiet and yet close to the beach and beautiful hinterland.
Location, location and more location. That's how we described our search at a local real estate agent about 8 years ago.
Since January 2018 we, Anneleen and Gertjan, are the proud owners of villa los Pinastros, the Dennen. 🌲 🌲 We have lived here for almost half the year, and would like to share our unique place with others.
Our attractive house is quietly located in a spacious green zone on a dead-end dirt road. So all the freedom and optimal privacy, with forest in front and behind.
To the left you reach the house via a small number of steps, to the right almost without steps, the so-called "lazy" side.
Supermarket fustera and "house-beach" la Fustera (with restaurant Mandala) are both less than 1 km. from our house, a fifteen minute walk.
Since April 2022, Los Pinastros has 14 solar panels, a 290 l. solar water heater and a beautiful sunny🌞 roof terrace with a wide and unique view of the sea and Ifach, the defining rock of Calpe.
The characteristic white villa has 3 nice bedrooms (with ceiling fan), all 3 with natural air conditioning and new luxury box spring beds. Our house is located against forest both in front and at the back. About 800 m. from the coastal road.
In front, where a spacious and lovely private pool. (with solar shower), you have a beautiful view of the sea. In the garden at the edge of the forest lives your own 🐿️ squirrel (please do not feed it!).
The spacious covered porch, the "naya", is still authentically Spanish with the original tiles of the construction, about 60 years ago.
The villa is less than a kilometer away from a beautiful sandy beach la Fustera and the long coastal walkway, highly recommended! Furthermore, a supermarket with fresh butcher's shop, panederia (bakery) and restaurants are also within walking distance. The 9-hole Ifach golf course is a 12-minute drive away. ⛳️
Los Pinastros has a spacious living room, again of course air conditioning and a ceiling fan, with a newly furnished sitting area, large screen television (with canal plus), wifi, 3 bedrooms, all with ceiling fan, 2 bathrooms and a spacious new and fully equipped open kitchen that is fully equipped up to and including a dishwasher, fridge / freezer, washing machine, Nespresso, milk frother, Senseo, juicer, toaster, sandwich maker , etc..
Through the door to the outside you step onto 1 of the two verandas, a large veranda covered and a small one uncovered. You can walk around the entire house, there are many wonderful seating areas both in front and behind the house. There is no stone wall around our house that is against the next house, everything is open, but extremely private, and both below and behind you will find forest. Both bathrooms were completely and luxuriously renovated in March 2022. All windows are of course equipped with mosquito nets.
You will not need the wood-burning stove that spreads a wonderful warmth in the winter months.
Villa Los Pinastros is located between the nice fishing village of Moraira (8 km) and the lively seaside resort of Calpe (4 km), both are worth a visit. Moraira has a large Friday morning market, Calpe on Saturday until 14h.
For the sports enthusiasts among us, there are 9 and 18 hole golf courses ⛳️nearby. The nearest is the beautifully situated and well-maintained 9-hole golf course of Ifach (approx. 8 km). Three golf sets are at your disposal, one of which is left-handed.
The picturesque and mountainous hinterland invites you to wonderful hikes and bike tours.
From the house there are several nice trips and walks that you can find in our book where we have described the tours with routes. Fontilles, the old leprosy village is definitely worth a visit, as well as restaurant casa Suzi located high in the mountains above Jalon and where you have a wonderful view of the vineyards and the surrounding mountains from the terrace (make a reservation). The high, but easy coastal walks from Moraira to Calpe are of course a must and a wonderful start to any holiday. A trip with the "tram" (train) between Denia and Benidorm is also recommended. The best way to get on is in Benissa.
Los Pinastros can accommodate up to 6 people. 2 baby cots are available.
You can park on site , 🚘 there is room for 2 cars.
250 KWh of electricity is included per week. The excess consumed will be charged to you at 0.35€ per Kwh (settled via the deposit) The villa is also particularly suitable for wintering, for which special rates apply.
