Inside Casa Evita
The living room with dining and sitting area is comfortable and stylishly decorated. The kitchen is very well equipped and includes a hob, oven, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher and a large selection of kitchen utensils. Casa Evita has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom 1: single bed. Bathroom 1: shower, toilet and sink. Bedroom 2: single bed. Bathroom 2: has a bath/shower combination, toilet and sink. Bedroom 3: two single beds. All bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned.
The outdoors of Casa Evita
Casa Evita offers a wonderful outdoor life with two terraces for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The spacious terrace on living room level has a dining table and is perfect for meals or board games. The communal swimming pool with separate children's pool is ideal for families, and there is a private parking space available. The conveniently located terraces enjoy the sun all day long, making Casa Evita the ideal place for swimming, playing, sunbathing and good food. Even on days without a beach, the pool offers refreshment.

– Minimum stay of 7 nights
– In the period from July to August we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday. In the other months, arrival and departure is possible on any day of the week. However, your booking must be in line with previous/subsequent bookings and otherwise there must be a minimum of 7 nights between bookings. Ask us about the possibilities.
– It is not allowed to charge electric vehicles at Casa Evita

Winter rental
Casa Evita is very suitable for a stay in winter. Winter rental is valid from November 1 to March 31. The villa is heated by air conditioning and central heating (gas), the cost for gas is calculated on the basis of the meter (€ 2 per cubic meter). This fee must be paid in cash on site. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, with an interim cleaning and change of bed linen and towels mandatory. For the latest rates and availability, please feel free to contact us.

A stay of equal to or less than 10 nights is considered a tourist rental. A stay of equal to or more than 11 nights is considered a short-term rental according to the law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana and for which you sign a short-term rental contract before arrival.
