Finca 'Pie Plano', a well-kept secret on the Costa Blanca! It is the perfect place to have a great holiday with family or friends. The finca has been completely renovated and stylishly decorated by the owners with love and passion. Beautifully rural location and surrounded by nature with a great view over green valleys towards the mountains and the sea with the rock called Peñon de Ifach.
There are several terraces with seating areas, an infinity swimming pool with a bar and refrigerator, a gazebo (platform), an olive grove and a jeu de boules court. Also very suitable for staying with several families or friends because there is a main residence and a guest house.
The tree house, called 'Algarobbo' is an additional accommodation in the garden of the finca, which is suitable for 2 people, with a private bathroom, shower and toilet. You can book this as an 'extra option' on request. For 16 people it is necessary to book this as an 'extra option'.
Close to many amenities such as shops, supermarkets, petrol pumps, banks and pharmacy (5 minutes by car) in the nearby village of Benissa and a short distance from the nearest beach (10 minutes by car). A (rental) car is recommended because taxis are scarce in the area.
It is useful to know that the garden and swimming pool at the finca require weekly maintenance, even when there are guests.
