FINCA ELODIE IN BENISSA
Some houses are lucky enough to be in a beautiful place. Finca Elodie is such a house! This holiday home is completely surrounded by greenery and has phenomenal views of the valley. From one of the terraces, slightly higher up, you have a view of the sea. You can fully enjoy the outdoors here. With a lovely private pool and various places to sit or lounge quietly.

LAYOUT FINCA ELODIE
Finca Elodie consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor there are two living rooms, a kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first living room is tastefully furnished with a sitting area and an office space. The second living room has a wood stove, television with chromecast and a spacious dining area where you can eat with 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, 5-burner hob and Nespresso coffee maker and plenty of kitchen utensils. Bedroom 1 has a double bed (160x200) and has access to the terrace. Bedroom 2 has a double bed (160x200) and also has direct access to the terrace. The bathrooms on the ground floor are both equipped with a shower, sink and toilet.
On the upper floor is the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a double bed (160x200). Bedroom 4 has a single bed with a single trundle bed underneath, most ideal for an adult and a child up to 12 years old. On the upper floor is the third and last bathroom and it has a shower, sink and toilet. There is wifi and air conditioning throughout the holiday home (except in bedroom 4, which is with fan). Of course, a washing machine and dryer are not missing.
OUTDOOR LIVING OF FINCA ELODIE
The outdoor life of Finca Elodie is truly phenomenal. Finca Elodie is located about 200 m from a main road in a beautiful area. From the terraces you have great views of the green valley and the Mediterranean Sea. Finca Elodie has a beautifully landscaped garden that has a private swimming pool with nice sunbeds all around where you can enjoy the Spanish sun. You have several places to sit or lounge. There is a beautiful terrace with a large dining table and built-in barbecue where you can enjoy the warm summer evenings. From the finca you can walk or cycle through the valley.

Details:
- Minimum stay of 7 nights.
- In the period from July to August we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Sunday. In the other months, arrival and departure is possible on any day of the week. However, your booking must be in line with previous/subsequent bookings and otherwise there must be a minimum of 7 nights between bookings. Ask us about the possibilities.
