Welcome to Casa Romantica, a spacious and stylish holiday home in green Benissa, just a five-minute drive from the lively centre and beaches of Moraira. An ideal place for those looking for sun, privacy and relaxed luxury – with plenty of space for family or friends.

What makes Casa Romantica special? The peace. The unobstructed view. The spacious garden full of Mediterranean plants. And above all: privacy. You are completely free here, without being overlooked by neighbors – a rarity on the coast. Whether you bathe in the sun by the large private pool, have breakfast on the terrace or dine together under the veranda with gas barbecue, you can enjoy your own piece of paradise undisturbed here.

The house itself is spacious and comfortably furnished, with four large bedrooms and three modern bathrooms. Perfect for families or two couples travelling together, without sacrificing space or comfort. Large windows and patio doors bring the outside in – allowing you to enjoy the Mediterranean climate all year round.

The garden is one of our favorite places: generous, green and perfectly maintained. There are several terraces in sun and shade, and always a quiet place to read a book or just do nothing. The view towards the sea, surrounded by the sound of birds and crickets, completes it.

We are Maddy and Peter – and from the first moment we saw Casa Romantica, we knew: this is a special place. For us, it is a place to catch our breath, to enjoy each other, to be outside, and to live at a slower pace. We have decorated the house with great care as our second home, and are happy to share it with guests who love comfort, nature, space and a bit of style.

Casa Romantica is not your average holiday home. It is a place where you can really relax. Where you wake up in the morning to the scent of jasmine, spend lazy hours by the pool during the day, and dine under the stars in the evening.
