We look forward to welcoming you to our casa in Moraira / Benissa - San Jaime. You will stay here just a few minutes' drive from various beaches, the center, cozy restaurants and the Ifach golf course.
You enter the front garden of this villa through the garage. On this level you will find the swimming pool (8x4 meters) and a separate entrance to a bedroom with en suite bathroom and waping facilities. An external staircase leads to the first floor, where the bright living room immediately catches the eye with its beautiful views over the valley and garden.
In the atmospheric curve of the house is the dining room, which is adjacent to the modern, fully equipped semi-open kitchen. Both the living and dining room are equipped with air conditioning and blinds. On this floor there are also two comfortable bedrooms with bathrooms en suite, both equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fan and plenty of closet space.
Outside, you can enjoy the sun and tranquility on the various terraces or in the hammocks. A special place is the 'Naya': this covered terrace near the living room is the ideal place for a dinner from the gas BBQ all year round, with a wide view of the surroundings.
If you are not familiar with it yet; Moraira itself is a small, charming Spanish fishing village on the Mediterranean Sea. The micro-climate in this part of Spain is even considered one of the healthiest in the world by the World Health Organization.
The villa itself is located in Moraira/ San Jaime/ Benissa and minutes from the beaches as well as the center.
With no less than 325 sunny days, this is a year-round sun destination.
When it comes to beaches and water sports, Moraira has a lot to offer.
There are many intimate bays with cliffs and clear,
turquoise waters where snorkeling and swimming is a great experience.
