Casa Polp is a modern villa for 6 people (max 4 adults) with large swimming pool on the seafront in Benissa Costa between Calpe and Moraira (Smoking and pets are NOT allowed) 

The house has recently been equipped with a completely new terrace and the house has been completely replastered, giving it a contemporary look & feel. Very good and open views, quiet location with plenty of space between the adjacent houses. With a south-westerly exposure you have many hours of sunshine per day and you end the day with sunsets behind the Sierra Bernia. 

This beautiful villa is located on a plot consisting of several plateaus. It is quietly located on the coast of Benissa 5 minutes by car from the famous coves of Cala Baladrar, Cala Advocat and the shops, bars and restaurants in the area of Cap Blanc. Club de Golf Ifach Moraira is located in the backyard, so to speak.

Enter through a large entrance gate and walk up the stairs to the terrace with swimming pool. Around the spacious pool are lovely sunbeds and under the veranda is a beautiful garden/lounge set. Under the recently installed cabana you can also relax in the shade on the sunbeds. The outdoor shower is located in close proximity to the pool.

You really don't have to go far for a day at the beach. The sandy beach of Moraira, which is a cozy and popular family beach, can be reached within minutes. Or to the long sandy beaches with promenade in Calpe. You can choose a different bay every day. The entire coastline from Moraira to Altea has all kinds of small rocky and sandy beaches, where you can snorkel or just sunbathe a bit quieter, while the children make the umpteenth dip in that blue Mediterranean Sea.

Here, you're sure to spend many hours in the sand, watching the surfers in the surf, the tennis players at the tide line and the children tirelessly building sandcastles.
