Casa La Vina with heated pool
Casa La Viña is located on the beautiful coast of Moraira/Benissa and is a great place to enjoy together with family or friends. The villa has a quiet location with lots of privacy, while you are still close to everything. From the terrace you look out over the coastline of Moraira to Calpe, a view that never gets boring.
Within a few minutes you are on the beach and supermarkets, restaurants and beach bars are also easily accessible. An ideal base for a relaxing holiday by the sea.
The space
The villa is attractively and comfortably furnished and offers sun all day long, both inside and outside. With several terraces around the house, there is always a nice place to sit whether you want to have breakfast in the morning sun, eat together or just quietly read a book.
The private swimming pool is nicely sheltered and overlooks the valley. At the pool is a bathroom with shower and toilet. The pool can be heated in spring and autumn, so you can swim just a little longer. Keep in mind that the water is a bit more pleasant but not really warm like in the summer, in the winter months it is less suitable for swimming.
The villa consists of two floors:
Upper floor:
Here you will find the cozy living room with fireplace, dining area and a kitchen with everything to make delicious meals. The cozy living room consists of a lounge area with a wood-burning fireplace, smart TV with Netflix and a cozy dining room with dining table for 6 people. Adjacent to the dining room is an open balcony where you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun. From the dining area and balcony you have a beautiful view over the sea and the coastline, a wonderful place to start the day.
There are also two bedrooms on this floor:
• one bedroom with a spacious double bed
• one bedroom with a loft bed (suitable for one person upstairs), and below a double bed of 150 cm wide
- a shared bathroom with shower and toilet
Lower floor:
Here are two more spacious bedrooms, both with a double bed and each with its own bathroom en-suite. A kitchen with washing machine and a small TV room. This also makes the house very suitable if you are traveling with several families or like to have some extra privacy.
In total, the villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, 1 bathroom by the pool.
All rooms are air-conditioned (for cooling and heating), which allows the house to be heated all year round. In addition, there is also a fireplace on the upper floor.
Outside you will find a cozy outdoor kitchen with barbecue, a large dining table and a lounge area perfect for long evenings together outside. There is also a ping pong table.
Casa La Vina is suitable for 9 guests and is rented all year round.
The area
Moraira is a small and charming old Spanish fishing village on the Mediterranean Sea with a nice marina and an 18th century fortress. The climate in Moraira is labeled by the World Health Organization as one of the healthiest in the world. With 325 sunny days, Moraira is a year-round sun destination.
