Casa La Vina is located on the beautiful coastline of Moraira / Benissa and is a fantastic paradise to experience your next holiday with friends or family. The villa has a unique location and location with lots of privacy, yet very central on the coast between Moraira and Benissa-Costa. It has beautiful (sea) views over the bays from Moraira to Calpe and is 5 minutes away from the beach of Baladrar and 10 minutes from Moraira. The main amenities such as a supermarket, restaurants and beach bars are within a radius of 10 min.
The villa is tastefully decorated and has sun all day long. The villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a beautiful private (heated!) swimming pool with fantastic views of the coastline of Benissa Costa. Around the villa there are many different terraces with lounge sets, dining table and a fantastic outdoor kitchen. The tropical plants around the house also create a great holiday atmosphere. The villa is very comfortable and attractively furnished. Because the house has central heating in all areas and a heated swimming pool, the house is also ideal for a holiday in spring or autumn or for wintering.
The villa consists of 2 floors, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and a cozy living room and large kitchen on the upper floor. The cozy living room consists of a lounge area with a wood-burning fireplace, smart TV with Netflix and a cozy dining room with dining room table for 6 people. The view from the dining room is fantastic - you can see away over the entire coastline from Moraira to Calpe. Adjacent to the dining room is an open balcony where you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun. The open kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances such as induction hob with 4 burners, oven, microwave, dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, Nespresso machine and kitchen blender. The ground floor has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room including utility room with induction hob, refrigerator, washing machine and dryer. Almost all rooms are equipped with air conditioners that can both cool and heat. In addition, there is central heating in all rooms, making the house also very suitable for rental in the winter period.
The Spanish outdoor kitchen has a large BBQ, sink and large refrigerator and is adjacent to a terrace with comfortable lounge set and a terrace with dining table so you can eat outside in the evening.

Moraira is a small and charming old Spanish fishing village on the Mediterranean Sea with a nice marina and an 18th century fort. The climate in Moraira is labeled by the World Health Organization as one of the healthiest in the world. With 325 sunny days, Moraira is a year-round sun destination.
