The fully fenced garden with closed sliding gate offers the necessary privacy and security.
The bright living room with open kitchen, spacious sitting and dining area is located on the first floor, which is accessible by an outside and inside staircase. On this floor is a spacious bedroom with double bed and then a bathroom with spacious walk-in shower, sink and toilet. The spacious open kitchen with sea view is equipped with every comfort, such as a microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, large fridge with freezer compartment and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
On the covered terrace upstairs you can feel the refreshing sea breeze to fully enjoy the beautiful view and a nice meal.
One floor lower, on the ground floor there is a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds. Here there is 1 bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
In the naya downstairs you can enjoy a garden full of privacy and beautiful southern plants.
In the garden you can take a refreshing dip in the pool or enjoy a book in the hammock under the shady trees.
A gas barbeque is also not missing to enjoy a delicious glass of wine and a nice meal in the evening under the tropical trees, illuminated with lanterns.
Within walking distance are restaurants, a supermarket and beach bars. Casa la Siesta is located just 2 km from Calpe and 4 km from Moraira.
