CASA JULEO is an intimate stylish villa in Benissa/Moraira with a beautiful sea view, quietly located with lots of privacy, within walking distance of the beautiful bays Cala Advocat and Cala Baladrar, close to the cozy beach La Fustera. Supermarket at 4 minutes walk.
CASA JULEO has a luxurious Ibiza style with natural materials and great attention to luxury and comfort. It has two kitchens (2 dishwashers). For sports enthusiasts there is an outdoor table tennis table and the padel / tennis club Club de Tenis Buenavista Benissa within walking distance and the sailing club Club Nautico les Bassetes where you can rent boats and surfboards is very close.
CASA JULEO has a total of 3 double bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. All rooms have air conditioning (cooling/heating).
It has a television with Dutch and Belgian channels. A portable bluetooth speaker to stream your favorite music. A separate guest house (bedroom 3) with its own entrance, kitchen and bathroom.
At the entrance there is a covered garage, ideal for keeping the car cool during the warmer months. There is also plenty of space to store bicycles here.
CASA JULEO is located on the south where you can enjoy the sun all day long in winter and have the comfort of central heating. The property has beautiful sea views and is within walking distance of Cala Advocat and Cala Baladrar (500m) with a nice beach bar.
Close to nice (beach) restaurants and the beautiful Moraira (3km). Around the villa are palms, fruit trees and cacti which immediately gives a beautiful Mediterranean atmosphere. It has its own herb garden. Via the coastal road there are nice villages, beautiful hiking trails and a protected nature reserve (Passeig Ecologic de Benissa) with beautiful views over the sea.
Padel/Tennis Club de Tennis Buena Vista and Sailing Club Nautico les Bassetes with boat and surfboard rental very close. It is located right between the two beautiful cities of Valencia and Alicante. CASA JULEO is more than just a holiday. It is a beautiful experience. A combination of warmth and tranquility where you will quickly feel at home with the unique location and the beautiful sea view.
