On a beautiful spacious plot in the middle of the greenery with a fantastic view you will find Casa Grande Familia. The villa includes a swimming pool and a jeu de boules court. In addition, the luxurious garden furniture and sunbeds are already ready so that you can enjoy the sun to the fullest.
Because the villa has 2 separate floors, each with its own kitchen, living room, bathroom(s) and several bedrooms, it is ideal for 2 families or 1 large family.
Classification
Upon arrival, you first walk up the steps to the swimming pool (south facing), here you will find an outdoor shower next to the pool with a spacious terrace with nice sunbeds, seating areas and a large parasol if you also want to sit in the shade.
Then you walk up several steps and reach the first floor, here you will also find a spacious terrace with a luxury dining set with BBQ and 2 luxury sunbeds.
Through the entrance door you enter the first floor, you step into the cozy bright living room with a spacious dining table, overlooking the kitchen which is fully equipped (dishwasher, combi oven microwave, spacious fridge with freezer and nespresso machine). By the way, we also have wifi and you can watch Dutch TV via NLZIET, which is installed on the TV.
Then through the hall you can reach the first bathroom and 2 spacious bedrooms, each with a bed of 160 x 200 centimeters. Through the second bedroom you can reach the second bathroom which is also connected to the third bedroom (2 single beds of 90 x 200 centimeters).
On the second floor is the apartment, which can be reached via a number of steps, here you first arrive at the spacious terrace with a wide view over the valley. If you then enter the top floor through the door, you step into the cozy living room. The kitchen is connected to the living room where there is also a round dining table that is suitable for 4 people. The kitchen is equipped with a combi microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and nespresso coffee machine. Here you will also find 2 bedrooms and a luxurious bathroom.
Behind the house on the top floor is a spacious garden where you can relax. There is also a jeu de boules court there. There is also a bbq.
Explanation of prices & cancellation conditions
The rates quoted apply to stays max. Sleeps 6 and 3 bedrooms with double beds. You then have the house at your disposal. (The apartment will remain closed).
If you come with 7 or more people and therefore use 4 or 5 bedrooms, a surcharge of 30% will apply to the apartment. In high season only the entire house can be booked. Fixed rates, no surcharge of 30%. Unfortunately, the site does charge 30%, so please contact us for the total amount!!!

In the season we do not want too many days between the different tenants. So if you want to rent our house, try to match the checkered periods as much as possible. Saturday to Saturday. High season preferably book Saturday to Saturday.
