On a beautiful spacious plot in the middle of the greenery with a fantastic view you will find Casa Grande Familia. The villa includes a swimming pool and a bowling alley. In addition, the luxury garden furniture and sunbeds are already ready so that you can enjoy the sun to the fullest. 

Because the villa has 2 separate floors, each with its own kitchen, living room, bathroom(s) and several bedrooms, it is ideal for 2 families or 1 large family.

Classification 
Upon arrival you first walk via the steps to the swimming pool (south facing), here you will find an outdoor shower next to the pool with a spacious terrace with nice sunbeds, seats and a large umbrella if you also want to sit in the shade.

Then you walk up several steps and reach the first floor, here you will also find a spacious terrace with a luxury dining set with BBQ and 2 luxury sunbeds. 
Through the entrance door you end up on the first floor, you step into the cozy bright living room with a spacious dining table, overlooking the kitchen that is fully equipped (dishwasher, combi oven, microwave, spacious fridge with freezer and Nespresso machine). By the way, we also have wifi and you can watch Dutch TV via NLZIET, which is installed on the TV.

Then through the hall you can reach the first bathroom and 2 spacious bedrooms, each with a bed of 160 x 200 centimeters. Through the second bedroom you can reach the second bathroom which is also connected to the third bedroom (2  single beds of 90 x 200 centimeters). 

The second floor can be reached via a number of stairs, here you first arrive at the spacious terrace with a panoramic view over the valley. When  you enter the top floor through the door, you step into the cozy living room. The kitchen is connected to the living room where there is also a round dining table that is suitable for 4 people. The kitchen is equipped with combi oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and Nespresso coffee machine. Here you will also find 2 bedrooms and a luxurious bathroom. 
Behind the house on the top floor there is a spacious garden where you can relax. There is also a jeu de boules court there. There is also a bbq available.
