This beautiful villa, suitable for up to 6 people, offers an unrivaled combination of luxury, comfort and an excellent location. The minimum age to rent Casa Épica is 27 years and pets are not allowed for hygienic reasons.

Casa Épica is truly a paradise for golf enthusiasts. With 4 golf courses, ranging from 9 to 18 holes, in the immediate vicinity, you can perfect your swing amid the beautiful landscape of the Costa Blanca. This is also an excellent starting point for cycling enthusiasts for a beautiful bike ride in the area.

With 3 tastefully decorated bedrooms, 2 spacious bathrooms and 1 shower room on the terrace, this villa has been designed with space and privacy in mind. Each room exudes a warm atmosphere and offers an oasis of peace after a day full of adventure.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

From June 8 to August 31, the standard changeover day is on a Saturday, with a possible changeover day on another day in consultation.
The stated weekly prices are based on a stay with 2 people. If you are staying with more than 2 people, an additional charge will be charged per person per night.
The indicated prices include final cleaning.
Longer rental periods (minimum 1 month) at attractive prices are possible between October 12 and April 1.
Electricity consumption up to 175 kWh per week is included in the weekly price. In case of extremely excessive power consumption (more than 175 kWh per week), the extra energy costs consumed will be charged at 0.35 Eur/Kwh and these extra energy costs will be deducted from the deposit.
