Our spacious house is ideal for 1 or 2 families to relax and discover the beautiful surroundings of Benissa on the Costa Blanca. The house was renovated in early 2020 with new interior, new kitchen, beds, mattresses, bathrooms, free WiFi and a newly landscaped garden with sun all day.

You can enjoy all the fruits that our garden produces; lemons, tangerines, oranges, pomegranates and nisperos.

The house is located in a quiet area, with the beach (900m), supermarket and restaurants within walking distance.

There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, suitable for up to 8 people. There is central heating for the cool months and AC's in all bedrooms.

From day 1 we were in love with the views from the terrace, the fruit trees and the charm of the house. Sunrises and sunsets are phenomenal from the terrace. With the beach 'La Fustera' 900 meters away, we hope you will enjoy it as much as we do. The name "Casa el Rico" comes from our family name De Rijke. The Spanish word 'rico' also means tasty, tempting and delicious. You can decide for yourself which words fit best.

  • Reservation fee : 30%, remaining amount no later than 30 days before arrival

  1. For a stay of more than 14 days, a different arrival and departure date can be agreed outside the period June-September if possible.
  2. For winter visitors , a special rate applies for a stay of 4 weeks or longer, please inquire about this. Additional gas consumption due to heating will be charged during mid-October - mid-April.
