Our spacious house is ideal for 1 or 2 families to relax and discover the beautiful surroundings of Benissa on the Costa Blanca. The house was renovated in early 2020 with new interior, new kitchen, beds, mattresses, bathrooms, fast fiber optic internet and a beautifully landscaped garden with sun all day. In 2026, the outdoor area was renovated including a new swimming pool, larger terrace, outdoor shower and outdoor kitchen.
You can enjoy all the fruits that our garden gives; lemons, tangerines, oranges, pomegranates and nisperos. The house is located in a quiet area, with beach (900m), supermarket and restaurants within walking distance.
There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, suitable for up to 8 people. There is central heating for the cool months and AC's in all bedrooms and living room which can also heat.
