Terrace on the 1st floor. In the morning this is a wonderful place to wake up with a cup of coffee. The sun is not yet too hot. At the end of the day you have shade here, which is also nice after a hot day full of sun!
The sliding doors can go completely into the wall, giving you access to the living room and the outdoor terrace. This gives an enormous feeling of space!
Extensive dining indoors is also no problem with our fully equipped kitchen. Are you going for a simple dish? Or would you rather turn every meal into a party? Both are possible, above all enjoy!

Holiday homes in Benijófar

A holiday home in Benijófar guarantees a wonderfully relaxing stay on the Spanish Coast. The town is located slightly inland, just a few kilometres from the most beautiful beaches on the Costa Blanca. Benijófar is one of the smallest municipalities in the region, but the town has everything you need for a fantastic holiday in the sun in Spain. It will only take you fifteen minutes to get to the beach at Guardamar del Segura, and other seaside resorts are also practically around the corner, like Torrevieja and Los Montesinos. In Benijófar itself, you can enjoy the authentic tranquillity of the Spanish coast, where the sun shines most days and nobody is in a hurry. Shopping, golf and much more

Benijófar borders the town of Rojales and even shares a residential area with it: Benimar. Many Dutch and English people have bought a second home here, which has considerably expanded the range of shops. Furthermore, in Benijófar, you’ll find everything you need: charming village squares, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and department stores. If you like to play golf, you could go to the nearby Ciudad Quesada. This place is partly built around a beautiful 18-hole golf course. A holiday home in Benijófar is also an ideal base to explore the rest of the area.
