Our house has air conditioning in the bedrooms. To prevent abuses, we settle the electricity costs separately. In our house you will find a counter, on arrival and departure the caretaker takes a photo. Then we make the bill. The cost of electricity is currently +- 0.35 euros / kWh.
These costs are then deducted from the guarantee.
