Casa Calida is a ground floor apartment of 80m2 with a beautiful south-facing terrace and views over the golf course. The house is fully equipped and has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, air conditioning, smart TV with cable television and a.o. Netflix, fast wifi, a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessities including Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother and dishwasher.
Free parking on the entire resort and plenty of space right in front of the house. There is also a covered underground private parking space.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
There are 19 swimming pools at the resort with free access. An extensive supermarket is open daily at the resort with freshly baked bread. You can also enjoy delicious Spanish dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner at the resort restaurant El Cason.
The Golf Resort boasts one of Jack Nicklaus' best designed golf courses, 18 hole golf course and many sports facilities, including paddle and tennis courts, and has 24 hour security.
The location of our apartment is about a 20-minute drive from several beautiful beaches. 25 min drive to La Zenia Boulevard (no toll road), 65 min drive from Alicante airport and 25 min drive from Murcia airport.
