Are you looking for a nice, comfortable place in Benidorm to bridge the winter, or are you in the region for work or study? This fully furnished apartment is available for rent for medium periods (from 1 to a maximum of 6 months). Shorter stays of at least 12 days are also welcome.
Do you want to stay outside the winter months? Of course that is also possible; Adjusted rates apply for this.

- Accessibility: The urbanization is located on a hill. The way back up is a bit steep (accessible via the street or a long staircase in the garden). For people who have difficulty walking, a rental car is highly recommended.
- Costs: the rental price includes Water and internet. Electricity is exclusive and will be deducted from the deposit afterwards (or monthly). The amount of the deposit depends on the total rental period.
