The apartment is located on the 4th floor, elevator available. The apartment has 1 bedroom, a living room with open kitchen, bathroom and balcony.

Absolutely everything in the apartment is new! The apartment has air conditioning, WIFI, and TV with all TV channels.

Living room : equipped with a sofa bed for 1 person, dining area, sideboard, TV

Kitchen : equipped with double ceramic hob, microwave with grill function, dolce gusto, kettle, toaster, refrigerator with freezer.

Bathroom: Equipped with a shower with glass shower wall and a safety handle, bathroom furniture with drawers, mirror, towel rack, hairdryer, washing machine, toilet, hooks for clothes.

Bedroom: Equipped with a built-in wardrobe with hanging and shelf area, clothes hangers, safe. Double bed 160x200 with pocket spring mattress, tables next to the bed, 2 types of pillows.

Balcony: Equipped with a garden table with 2 chairs, laundry rack, cupboard with cleaning supplies, the balcony has sliding windows.

We have been coming to Benidorm for years, first with our children and now the two of us can regularly be found in this always bustling seaside resort! Benidorm has a favorable climate, making it a wonderful place to stay even in winter. We have been the proud owners of an apartment in Benidorm since 2022. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The rental price is based on a minimum stay of 5 days and includes energy consumption, internet, TV with all channels and safe. The landlord reserves the right to charge an additional charge in the event of exceptional energy consumption of electricity (e.g. leaving the air conditioning on). This will be deducted from the deposit.

The rental price is based on a minimum stay of 5 days and includes energy consumption, internet, TV with all channels and safe. The landlord reserves the right to charge an additional charge in the event of exceptional energy consumption of electricity (e.g. leaving the air conditioning on).

If, for whatever reason, the tenant is unable or unwilling to accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must inform the landlord immediately. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed to the landlord in writing or by email.

If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he remains liable for 30% of the rental price, for cancellation up to 4 weeks 50% and from 2 weeks until the start date of the rental period 80%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
