Almadraba

We rent our apartment of 110 m2 on 1st line of the beach 
Layout is living room, 2 bathrooms with shower,
Complete kitchen with oven, induction hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer.
Bathrooms are both with shower and toilet.
There are 3 bedrooms 
The master bedroom has 2 beds of 90 x 200 and air conditioning 
2nd bedroom 2 beds 90 x 180.
A 3rd bedroom with 2 beds of 90 x 180,
All bedrooms have a large built-in wardrobe.
The living room has a  3 person sofa and 2 separate chairs, dining table  with 6 chairs and a TV with chromecast and some local Spanish channels. There is an air conditioner, if the doors of all bedrooms are open, the air conditioner can cool all rooms with closed doors only master bedroom and living room.
There is an unobstructed sea view. All windows above and below in all rooms can be completely opened, these are the terraces that have been added to the house. 
There is also a storage room with beach equipment that can be used or to store your own belongings.
There is a shower downstairs that can be used after the beach to rinse off sand
Electricity is included in normal use.
There is also a small elevator max 3 people.

There is a possibility for cot and high chair please indicate this in advance.
Bed linen and towels are pp 2 sets provided and there are duvets. 
We do not accept bachelor parties or groups  of young people under the age of 25.
Maximum number of travelers is 6 possibly with 1 more baby or small child.
There is a deposit of 350 euros to be paid when booking and there is a cleaning fee of 100 euros on departure which must be paid in cash upon receipt of the keys.
