Villa Vista

We are happy to make our beautiful, recently renovated villa with sea, mountain and valley view available so that several people can enjoy it. The first thing that strikes you is unmistakably the view, to be quickly followed by the bright house, the large terrace with the various, nicely decorated seating areas, bar and outdoor kitchen, the modern comfort and the infinity pool. The house has super fast fiber optic Internet and good wifi coverage both inside and outside. There is a Sonos system for music and all TVs have Netflix and access to Dutch channels via NLziet.

Upon entering with parking for up to 3 cars, you will immediately see the beautifully landscaped garden with various palm trees. In front of the entrance is a cozy seating area with fireplace and TV. In the spacious, bright and attractive living room are a large 6-8 person corner sofa with TV, a modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave / oven, 2nd oven, large fridge, freezer, quooker and Nespresso machine. Large dining table with bench and 4 chairs. Large closet to store all belongings. A smaller closet full of games. And two spacious chairs to enjoy the view.
There are three bedrooms, all with built-in wardrobes. A bedroom followed by a bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity unit. The two other bedrooms have separate bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity unit.

The covered terrace consists of three spacious parts. The first part directly at the house has a very large outdoor table with 8 chairs and an outdoor kitchen with gas barbecue. The second part has a 10X4 infinity pool, 6 sunbeds at the edge of the pool with a large parasol and also a separate sitting area under an attractive pergola with 4 lounge chairs and a large Balinese wooden bench. The third part is a very spacious and covered 'ibiza style' sitting area with colorful cushions, bar and high dining table with 6 bar chairs. There is a generous outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

Our house is not suitable for very young children.
