A wonderful place for golfers, but also for sun and sea lovers, hikers, cyclists, peace seekers and families with children.
The apartment is fully equipped and fully furnished including a flat screen TV with all international channels, air conditioning, ceiling fans and a cozy (gas) fireplace. The kitchen is luxurious and very complete: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, toaster, juicer, coffee machine, spacious crockery and kitchen utensils. All basic necessities remain: Coffee, tea, herbs, oil, detergent etc.
The master bedroom with 2 pers. bed has sliding doors to the terrace. There are wooden shutters to keep out the sunlight if desired. The wardrobe is spacious and equipped with enough bath towels and linen. The second bedroom has a sturdy bunk bed with good mattresses.
The bathroom has a double sink, toilet and and a shower. There are two terraces: the terrace in the living room and bedroom with a view of the golf course, and a terrace at the front door where you can relax in the sun in the afternoon. Steps go from the street to the front door.

It is easy to walk to the village of Altea La Vella, although the way back is uphill. The village is small but with all amenities: there is a supermarket, bakery, newsagent, pharmacy, bank, post office and a number of cozy coffee bars and good restaurants. The pretty town of Altea is about a 10 minute drive away. There you will find many more shops, the picturesque old town and a boulevard with many bars and restaurants.The nearest beach is only 5 minutes away by car in La Olla, where you can snorkel, canoe, windsurf or eat a delicious paella in one of the chiringuitos (beach bars) There are many beautiful walking and cycling routes in the area. There are also many beautiful things to discover by car, as long sandy beaches are just a 15-minute drive away in Calpe. Parking is free on the street at the front door.
