ACCOMMODATION Through the automatic gate and along the driveway, Villa El Sueño immediately impresses, with a beautiful panoramic view over the bay of Altea. Next to the entrance to the villa is ample space to park two large cars on the property. The front door opens into a bright entrance hall with an impressive staircase leading to the bedrooms and bathrooms. On the right side is the passage to the living spaces, and in the hall downstairs there is also a practical guest toilet .
Living spaces
- The living spaces consist of several open rooms that flow into each other in a natural way. The living room is furnished with large, comfortable sofas for watching TV together or relaxing. In the dining room there is plenty of space for the whole group to dine comfortably. The modern, fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the dining area and has direct access to the outdoor terrace, making serving meals indoors and outdoors easy. The kitchen island offers a view of the bay of Altea, which makes cooking here a pleasure. To the left of the kitchen is another laundry room with washing machine and dryer. There is also a bathroom with toilet and shower, which opens onto the outdoor area and the swimming pool.
Thanks to the open layout and the large sliding doors to the terraces, indoor and outdoor spaces flow seamlessly into each other, making the villa feel light and spacious.
Outdoor spaces
- The outdoor areas are a real eye-catcher of Villa El Sueño. The main terrace connects to the living room and kitchen and is set up for lounging, dining and enjoying the views, with a large dining table for ten people and a comfortable seating area. The swimming pool is the focal point of the outdoor area and is surrounded by luxurious sunbeds and umbrellas. There is even a built-in table in the pool, for those who want to enjoy a drink in the water. From the jacuzzi you can enjoy the beautiful views of the sea. The outdoor kitchen with barbecue, bar and television completes the picture and offers everything for the Mediterranean outdoor life. Natural stone walls provide privacy, while the plot offers open views of the surrounding hills and the bay of Altea

Bedrooms and bathrooms
- Villa El Sueño has five bedrooms and four bathrooms. In the left wing there are two spacious master suites. The master bedroom on the top floor has a 180 cm bed and a luxurious en suite bathroom with freestanding bath and shower. The private terrace offers stunning views, ideal for starting the day quietly with a cup of coffee. Ona lower level is the second master suite, also with a 180 cm bed, a private terrace and an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
- Above the living room are three more guest bedrooms, including two rooms with a 150 cm bed. One of these rooms has its own en suite bathroom with shower, while the other shares the bathroom with the fifth bedroom. This fifth bedroom is specially equipped for children and has a loft bed where two adults plus two children, or four children can sleep comfortably. These three bedrooms share a terrace with panoramic views over the bay of Altea.
