Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

  • Cancellation policy

- In case of cancellation up to 30 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge.  

- In case of cancellation from 30 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price.  

- In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) to 7 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price.  

- In case of cancellation from 7 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price.  

- If the tenant announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the rented property (anymore), the full rent remains due

  • When using the barbecue, it must be left clean. If this is not done, the cleaning costs will be deducted from the deposit, with a minimum of €25.
  • Cleaning fee 90 euros.
