This beautiful villa in Gata de Gorgos is available in the summer months and is perfect for (large) families who want to escape the hustle and bustle and experience real quality time.
From June you can enjoy a stay of at least 7 days, close to the nice seaside resorts of Javea, Denia and Moraira with their beautiful bays and beaches, various shops, restaurants and terraces in abundance. Don't forget to visit the Friday market in Moraira and the Saturday market in Jalon or Lliber. All within a 15/20min drive!
The house offers all the space and comfort you would expect: such as air conditioning in all (bed) rooms, high speed wifi, Dutch TV, many games and books.
Layout: The villa consists of 2 living areas that are connected to each other but can also be closed. Both have their own electric entrance gate and parking facilities.
The main residence has the entrance to the office area, spacious living room with separate sitting area with smart TV and all NL channels, large dining table for 10 people and high chair; Fully equipped kitchen with two refrigerators, dishwasher, oven and air fryer, coffee machine, qooker, etc. with access to the covered terrace with smaller dining table and lounge sofa. On this floor are a smaller bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, a separate children's room with baby bed, changing table and cot, master bedroom with large double bed, separate closet space and the bathroom with walk-in shower, large double sink and toilet. The stairs in the living room take you to the first floor where there is a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, closet space and another bedroom with a double bed.
At the rear of the villa and through the landing upstairs is access to the 2nd residence: Here you enter the living room with semi-open and fully equipped kitchen, a very spacious bedroom with a double bed and closet space and a smaller bedroom with a double bed. In a separate room is the washing machine, dryer, freezer and storage of cleaning products. Everything is there to make your stay carefree!
Outside it gets really fun. On a fully fenced plot of 2,500 m² with ample parking you can enjoy complete privacy. A secluded swimming pool with comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas invites you to spend relaxing hours in the sun. There is an outdoor shower, an attractive outdoor kitchen, (gas) bbq with paella pan and several terraces to eat together and enjoy the long summer evenings.
For children it is a true paradise: climbing frame, toys, bicycles, a high chair, playpen and car seats and a ping-pong table are all available. Everything is furnished so that even the little ones feel completely at home here and mom and dad don't have to drag everything with them! And for the dog(s) the enclosed area is completely safe, but they will probably enjoy walking in the adjacent forest with the owner every now and then.
Whether you want to swim together, barbecue, hike, play table tennis or just relax in the sun: this place offers it all in a quiet and private environment.

No youthful groups of friends.
Minimum stay is 10 days, maximum 2 months.
Cleaning of the villa and pool once a week is included.
