Welcome to Casa Romantica Villamartin: a comfortable and modern (renovated) townhouse in Villamartin, Orihuela Costa (Costa Blanca). A wonderful place for sun and beach lovers, golfers and padel players, and for those who just want to relax in a quiet, green urbanization with everything close by.

The property can accommodate up to 4 guests and features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You have a front and back garden to have breakfast outside or enjoy a drink in the evening and a spacious roof terrace where you can fully enjoy the Spanish sun. The communal swimming pool is about 20 meters away.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Welcome to our holiday apartment!

Rent includes:

Wifi.
Water & Electricity (based on consumption of 80 kWh per week, higher consumption will be deducted from the deposit).
Parking in front of the door in quiet street of urbanization with security.

Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans can change. If for any reason you cannot, do not want to, or will not accept the property on the agreed date, you must inform us immediately. A telephone communication must always be confirmed in writing or by email.

The cancellation costs are as follows:
- Up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period: 20% of the rental price. This concerns the deposit.
- Up to 4 weeks before the start date: 40% of the rental price.
- Up to 2 weeks before the start date: 50% of the rental price.
- From 2 weeks to the start date of the rental period: 75% of the rental price.
- In case of cancellation on the start date or during the rental period: the full rental price.

Energy consumption and economy:
The price of your stay includes 80 kWh of electricity consumption. For extra consumption, €0.35 per kWh is charged. Since the house is equipped with air conditioning for heating and cooling and a mobile electric heater, we ask you to use these devices wisely.

Here are some tips for saving energy:
1. Air conditioning: Use the air conditioning moderately and keep windows and doors closed during use.
2. Electric heater: Use the heater only when necessary and for short periods.
3. Lights and appliances: Turn off lights and appliances when they are not needed.
4. Heating water: Limit shower time and use the water heater's eco mode if possible.
