This well furnished upstairs apartment is located near the Habaneras in Torrevieja. You have access to a roof terrace where the sun always shines. Downstairs there is a garden with a beautiful terrace and a beautiful marble table and benches. At 150 m there is a large swimming pool with separate children's section on a lovely lawn where you can laze. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen and living room. Dutch TV channels, DVD player, safe, washing machine and air conditioning. Through the living room you enter the smaller terrace where you can have breakfast in the morning. The center of Torrevieja is easy to reach on foot, as well as the shopping center Habaneras and the large Carrefour.

Near the house is a large aqua park with giant slides and water fun for young and old. This is only open in the season. Furthermore, there is plenty to do and see in the wider area so that you do not have to be bored. You can scuba dive, play tennis, swim, pedal boats or enjoy a game of golf.

Bienvenidos a Casa Vromans.

We are Jan and Anita Vromans and have lost our hearts to Torrevieja. Jan has owned Casa Vromans Alto since 1999 and Anita has been living in Torrevieja since 2012. In June 2019 we bought Casa Vromans Bajo. We like this place because there are also Spaniards living in our street permanently and we also have good contact with them. In addition, many people from Madrid and the Basque Country come to our street. Truly the friendliest people ever.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Overwinter from € 825 per month (from 8 weeks) in the period November 1 to March 31.

If you require an early check-in, we apply a one-time surcharge of € 40.00
If you wish a late check-out, we apply a one-time surcharge of € 40.00

If you wish to check-in after 22:00, our managers apply a one-time surcharge of € 40.00

The energy costs are included in the rent, according to fair use policy. Fair use policy is approximately 80 kwh per week for electricity. If this is exceeded, we charge € 0.30 per kWh (will be settled
with the deposit).

The deposit will be returned to your bank account within 14 days of check-out if you have left the property in good condition.

Additional fees must be paid on site at check-in.

In de omgeving van Torrevieja heb je een aantal interessantie plaatsen om te bezoeken. Hieronder een korte opsomming hiervan:

Alicante: leuke stad met heerlijke wandelboulevard, strand en natuurlijk Kasteel Santa Barbera.
Elche: stad van de palmbomen. Heeft onder andere een palmentuin met 1200 soorten palmen.
Cartegena: de havenstad, met ook nog oude Romeinse herinneringen. Ook zit de fabriek van Liqor 43 in deze stad, waar u een rondleiding kunt krijgen.
Murcia: stad met mooie oude gebouwen, ook heerlijk om een dagje te shoppen.
Jumilla: wijngebied met diverse bodega's waar u een rondleiding kunt krijgen en wijn kunt proeven.
Guadalest: een middeleeuws bergdorp met een rijke historie.
Tabarca: een klein eiland voor de kust bij Santa Pola. Te bereiken via een veerdienst vanuit Torrevieja of Santa Pola. Heerlijk wanneer je een dagje wilt snorkelen.
