The location is ideal: the port of Jávea is about a 10-minute walk away, the popular Playa del Arenal can be reached in about 10 minutes and restaurant La Siesta is just a 3-minute walk away.

In Jávea you can enjoy beautiful beaches and coves such as Cala Granadella and Cala Portitxol, walk along the promenade of the port, discover cozy restaurants or rent a boat to explore the coast from the water. The old town of Jávea with its narrow streets, local markets and tapas bars is also well worth a visit. This makes Casa Augusta Hada an ideal base to relax and discover the area. 🌴☀️

I am Kevin, entrepreneur and founder of Kitesurfspot in Scheveningen. From my passion for the sea, wind and kite surfing, I started a kite surfing school where we introduce people to the sport in a safe and relaxed way. Together with my partner Sophie and our daughter Fee, I also like to spend time in Jávea in Spain, a place we love very much for its nature, sea and relaxed life outside. For me, it's all about entrepreneurship, adventure and time outside!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge

In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
