The apartment is located in the Montemar area of Algorfa, in the most popular area of the Costa Blanca.

It features two bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen, a bathroom, a balcony and a roof terrace. Fully equipped! A quiet area for a holiday! Shops, restaurants and bars are just a 5-minute walk away.

The beach is a 20-minute drive away, but can also be reached by bike via the newly constructed cycle path! Unfortunately, pets are not allowed! There are also two popular golf courses and a tennis court nearby.

The famous La Zenia promenade, with its excellent shops, restaurants and bars, is also within easy reach, just a 20-minute drive away. The airport is also only 35 minutes away by car. My name is Paul and I am the proud owner of this beautiful apartment. It is located 30 minutes south of Alicante, 15 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Guardamar and close to many beautiful towns/villages, such as Murcia, Torrevieja, Elche and Rojales. The beautiful weather and the healthy air make it wonderful to stay here.
There are many attractions and programs in the area: beach, shopping, culture, golf, tennis, fishing, horseback riding, cycling, hiking, markets etc.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
