The following description, photos, prices and the investment plan apply to the “4-person apartment downstairs”.

The large house on the ground floor is a 4-person house of 100 square meters with a view of the garden and the mountain panorama. It consists of 2 large bedrooms (with air conditioning cold/warm), a well-appointed bathroom (including towels), a open living-dining area and a large kitchen with cooking island for communal cooking.
The kitchen is very generously equipped with a large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven and the usual basic equipment (eg coffee maker).
The living room has double doors to the private terrace and to the garden with sun loungers. In addition to free high-speed internet (eg for streaming Netflix), there is television with German and Dutch programs. Living and dining room are centrally heated.

Due to the good distribution of the 3 apartments (upstairs, front and rear) with 3 separate entrances, each party can benefit from enough privacy. The large bathing area and the various terraces around the house with seating and lying options offer all options for your personal needs.

Outside the pool, the outdoor kitchen with barbecue and the self-built pizza oven (with recipe for “pizza a'la Hans) can also be used by our guests. Pizza a'la Hans belongs to the Villa Delfin tradition and is a truly unforgettable holiday highlight.

The beach (Playa del Albis) with a lovely promenade and a wide range of gastronomy and the center of L'Alfas del Pi with all the necessary shopping options can be reached by car in about 5-10 minutes. Several attractions are available in the immediate vicinity (eg leisure park, waterfalls, hiking and climbing routes and the port of Altea).

This offers opportunities for a varied holiday program for everyone.
