Our detached holiday home for 4 + 2 people is located in a quiet and beautiful residential area (Escandinavia) in L'Alfàs del Pi on the sunny Costa Blanca. The villa sits on a spacious plot of 400 m² and offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains.
Enjoy peace, sun and a private pool
In the garden you will find a private swimming pool (open from April to October) with outdoor shower and outdoor toilet. Around the pool are several seating and lying areas where you can relax and enjoy the Spanish climate and the privacy of your own garden. There is a carport for your car.
Close to center, shops and restaurants
The cosy centre of L'Alfàs del Pi is about 1000 metres away and can be easily reached on foot. Here you will find several restaurants, cafes and shops. Large supermarkets are just minutes away by car.
Cozy Spanish markets
Every Friday there is a large and lively weekly market in the center of L'Alfàs del Pi with fresh products, clothing and local specialties. On Sundays, you can also visit a fun and popular market in nearby L'Albir.
Nearby beaches
Within a short time you can reach several beautiful beaches on the Costa Blanca:
• Beach of Playa de l'Albir: 5.5 km (approx. 11 minutes drive)
• Benidorm Beach Playa de Levante: 9 km (approx. 20 minutes drive)
• Beach at Altea: 7 km (approx. 14 minutes drive)
Here you can enjoy beautiful beaches, pleasant boulevards and many restaurants.
Ideal base on the Costa Blanca
Our villa is a perfect place for a relaxing holiday, but also an ideal base to discover the area. For example, visit lively Benidorm, the charming old town of Altea, the beautiful coastal town of Calpe or the colourful Villajoyosa.
Our property is also easily accessible via two airports:
• Alicante–Elche Airport: approx. 45 minutes drive
• Valencia Airport: approx. 1 hour and 30 minutes drive
For Dutch guests
We prefer to rent out our holiday home to Dutch guests, so that communication, service and information can easily be done in Dutch.
