Because it is green there in the hinterland of the sunny Costa Blanca North. Villa Valle Hermoso is a lovely holiday home where everyone has plenty of space. This beautiful detached holiday home with private pool is just a little higher than all the other houses, giving you a panoramic view over the Jalon valley and the village of Xálo.
Restaurants, shops and supermarket can be found 2.2 km away in the village. Jalon is known for its beautiful walking and cycling routes. If you like wine, don't forget to visit one of the bodegas. At 19 to 25 km from the house are the beautiful seaside resorts of Moraira and Jávea with fine sandy beaches, idyllic bays, nice harbors and water sports facilities.
Inside Villa Valle Hermoso
Villa Valle Hermoso consists of 3 floors. You park on site with space for 3 cars, here you will also find the charging station, for charging your electric car. Through a terrace and stairs you walk to the front door and enter the hall. From the hall you have access to a separate toilet, the upper floor, kitchen, living room and terrace with that phenomenal view. The living room has a cozy sitting area with pellet stove, ceiling fan, a dining area with table for 6 people, and there is a smart TV available (including NLZiet and Netflix). You can also log into your own streaming service on the TV.
Through the dining area you walk to the terrace with canopy (Naja) which is equipped with a fireplace, electrically operated windscreen and a round table for 6 people. Here you can enjoy a long dinner with family and friends or just enjoy the stunning view in silence!
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, 5-burner stove, coffee maker (Nespresso). From the kitchen you also have a beautiful view over the valley.
Bedroom 1 has a master bedroom with balcony, a double bed (160 x 200 cm), air conditioning, ceiling fan and ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Bedroom 2 has a double bed (160 x 200 cm) with ceiling fan and bedroom 3 has a double bed (160 x 200 cm.) with ceiling fan. The second bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.
The outdoors of Villa Valle Hermoso
Arriving through the electric gate you come, through your own driveway, to the parking lot with space for 3 cars, here you will also find the charging station for charging your electric car. A few steps lead to the terrace, equipped with 2 sunbeds and a large parasol, here you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the beautiful view. You walk from the terrace to the front door, where there is another nice sitting area with that beautiful view. Via a staircase along the house you walk to the blissful private swimming pool with sunbeds. At the pool you have a spacious terrace, equipped with a dining area and an electric BBQ. At the terrace you have a separate room that you can use, here you will find a 2nd kitchen and a bathroom with shower, washing rack and toilet.

- In the period from July to August we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Thursday and Friday. Bookings must be in line with previous/subsequent bookings, ask us about the possibilities.
- In the other months, arrival and departure are allowed on any day of the week, but your booking must be in line with previous/subsequent bookings and otherwise there must be a minimum of 7 nights in between.
- We recommend that you rent a car at this destination.

Winter rental
Villa Hermoso is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental is valid from November 1 to March 31. Winter rental is possible for a minimum of 4 weeks and a maximum of 8 weeks, with an interim cleaning and change of bed linen and towels mandatory. The villa is heated by underfloor heating (gas) and pellet stove, the cost for gas is calculated on the basis of the meter (€ 2 per cubic meter). This fee must be paid in cash on site. In the period November to March, the rent is on request.
