Welcome to our Villa, a lovely detached holiday home with private pool and unobstructed views over a small almond plantation and nature. Nuestra Villa is ready for a wonderful sunny holiday in a cute traditional Spanish village with the benefits of a rich tourist environment.

We have two bedrooms for 2 people with king-size beds and built-in wooden wardrobes, with the possibility to add a cot in both rooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and there is a separate bathroom with shower and toilet. There is a spacious kitchen with everything you could possibly need and a cozy living room and naya with views over the garden. The house has a cozy interior where you immediately feel at home. Thanks to the air conditioning, the gas heater and plenty of electric heaters, you can always make it comfortable, no matter what season.

The garden consists of several parts: a parking deck for 2 cars, a patio, large terrace with swimming pool and a fruit tree garden with pergola. There is a nice place for every moment of the day, whether you like shade or sun.

Hello! Welcome to our home, in front of our Nuestra Villa. We are overjoyed with our house, but due to our work in education, we are also regularly unable to use it. We like it when other people can enjoy our house as soon as we can't.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellations can be made up to 6 weeks before the start of your stay. You only pay €100 for the planned final cleaning.

Cancellation within 6 weeks up to 2 before the start of the stay costs 75% of the rent + €100 cost reimbursement for the planned final cleaning.

Cancellation in the last 2 weeks is at 90% of the rent + €100 cost reimbursement for the planned final cleaning.

Grab a book or a game from the shelf.
Pick as much fruit as you can eat.
For all kinds of tourist information, go to the tourist information point in Jalón. Tip: Ask if there are
traditional Spanish festivities take place.
Visit the Saturday morning antiques and farmers market in Jalón. A flat walk along the
river and the vineyards in the Jalón Valley you can get there by car at the Ecopark in
Alcalalí to park. Cross the river, turn left and follow the road until you pass under the bridge
in Jalón.
On Tuesdays there is a normal market in Jalón.
For other hikes, find a nice route in the folders in the TV cabinet.
Rock climbing in Lliber, for example.
Cycle up the mountain with your road bike, straight up the Coll de Rates. Before you go any further, you can firmly

Trip Castell de Guadalest including amazing route (out) through Castell de Castells and back
along the Algar waterfalls (bring your swimming trunks!). In April/May you can also find the tastiest nisperos here.

Trip Cala Barraca. Photogenic pebble beach with white with blue beach huts and a popular
Ibiza beach bar for e.g. lunch or dinner. Possibility of hike to Cap Prim with 360
degrees view.
Trip Playa de Ambolo. Beautiful bay, but be prepared for no amenities and equally
descend (and climb back).
Coastal caves Cova Tallada near Jávea.
Beautiful old garden, with swimming pool and special objects (Tip: check if there is a concert
Jardin d'Albarda. Always beautiful, but especially in spring.
Visit the old photogenic center of Altea with nice streets and boutiques.
Trip Moraira for a long coastal walk, old Spanish streets, a fort, harbour and beautiful
bay with sandy beach Playa del Portet. Playa de l'Ampolla is fun for young children.
Trip Villajoyosa. Very colorful photogenic town to walk through, with a cozy
promenade and sandy beach.
Take a walk to the lighthouse (camino del faro) of Albir.
Go to the gym nearby for €5 a time at Velosol or right next to it
swimming in the public swimming pool of Alcalalí.
