Our modern furnished house is quietly located and offers parking in front of the door. It is located near the entrance to the Sierra Gelada Natural Park and the Faro de l'Albir route. The shopping street of Albir and the boulevard are easily accessible on foot. The perfect place for sporty people who love peace and quiet. The bustling center around the corner, but peace and quiet at home.
Our semi-detached bungalow has spectacular sea and mountain views and is particularly suitable for families with teenagers or residents who occasionally have family over. The house has an extra, independent apartment in the basement with its own entrance, kitchen and bedroom.
With 3 bedrooms, 3 terraces, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, the property guarantees a fantastic stay. The swimming pool in the courtyard garden should of course not be missed. It is not for nothing that more and more people are opting for a temporary stay (for example, spending the winter, working remotely or a longer period in Spain).
The front of the house offers ample parking space. The front terrace is vv. a private bicycle shed
Living room
The living room is well equipped. There is a flat screen smart TV and there is plenty of storage space in the fixed storage cabinet. The room can be cooled as well as heated with the heat pump and can be heated in winter with a cozy pellet stove.
Kitchen
The open kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things. induction hob, combi microwave, fridge, freezer, bean coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, plenty of crockery and sharp knives.
The toilet is located next to the back door and offers space for the washing machine.
At the rear you can walk straight onto the rear terrace with a view of the pool and the beautiful mountains inland.
Deepening
On the first floor you will find two spacious bedrooms, each with fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, shutters and windows that can be opened. The front bedroom has a private balcony and 2 single beds. The rear bedroom has a 160 wide double bed with unique views of the mountains in the morning.
Bathroom
The bathroom is beautifully equipped with luxury sink, vanity unit with towels, spacious walk-in shower and second toilet.
Roof terrace
The spiral staircase on the front balcony leads to the spacious roof terrace with unique views of the bay of Albir and the Sierra Gelada. In the evening, you can watch from Benidorm to Calpe from here while preparing a snack on the Weber gas barbecue.
Basement
From the rear terrace there is a separate door to the basement. Here is a direct passage to the pool area, a second bathroom with shower, sink and toilet and a spacious third bedroom. The kitchen with fridge-freezer combination should not go unmentioned either.
There is a lot to do in the area. Of course the beach and the beautiful boulevard of Albir. But also the many restaurants and shops. The entrance to the Sierra Gelada is 200 meters away. From here, the route to the Faro of Albir is a must to walk.
The legislation in the Alicante region stipulates that a minimum rental period of 10 nights applies to non-tourist properties. Because our home is a private home that we use a lot ourselves, this exception applies. The house is specifically intended for longer stays, such as hibernating, working remotely or temporarily staying due to health or work.
Please note:
The house is located 300 meters from the parking to the Faro, at the end of an ascending road just 900 meters from the center. The route to it is completely asphalted and equipped with a sidewalk. For most guests, the road is comfortable to walk. And important! The car can just be in front of the door.
